Described and illustrated in Le Patrimoine des communes de la Vienne (2002, v. 2: 563) as a hemispherical -rather ovoid- mounted holy-water stoup probably from the original church of the 12th century; it has four knob-like protrusions at 90-degree angles of the upper rim, looking much like a mortar; it is wall-mounted at the entrance by means of an iron ring [Flohic ref.: 86140402]
