Described and illustrated in Antonio García Omedes's entry for Osia [www.romanicoaragones.com/0-Jacetania/77-Osia3.htm] [accessed 25 June 2020]: "pila bautismal de San Juan Bautista. Baptismal font in the shape of an upside-down truncated pyramid of rectangular plan. Only two of the faces are ornamented (one long and one short of the rectangle sides), the other two being rough. The upper basin sides have two parallel mouldings; the long angled side has three six-petal flower-in-a-circle motifs arranged horizontally; the short angled side has a crudely rendered head and two hands, palms forward. The upper rim shows three iron staples (one on the font long side and one each on the short sides) that once serve to secure the cover.
