Described by Rodríguez Montañés in Soria románica (2001) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period ornamented with schematic bird motifs in the spandrels of the arcade that adorns the basin side. Noted in García Gómez (2007) as a crude baptismal font of the Romanesque period, one of group of cognate fonts (Castejón del Campo, Hinojosa del Campo, Pinilla del Campo, Sauquillo del Alcázar and Taroda). The bucket-shaped basin has a wavy line below the upper rim; directly below is a geometrically rendered vine; the sides below have a blind arcade of round arches on double columns with capitals; the spandrels and the spaces above the arches are filled with foliated motifs and birds. A crude work, probably by a local mason.
