Noted in Pevsner (1958): "Of the familiar octagonal Perp[endicular] type." Baptismal font consisting of an octagonal basin with vertical sides decorated with large quatrefoils inscribing floral motifs and blank shields alternately, raised on an octagonal pedestal with mouldings at both ends, the sides decorated with trefoiled arches or windows; the moulded lower base may be later, and is integrated in the modern plinth.
