Cox & Harvey (1907) list a baptismal font of the Norman period here. The entry for this church in Historic England [Listing NGR: ST8064126583 ] notes; "Parish church, chancel C14, main body of church 1838-1839, west tower 1908-1909, south chapel and vestries 1921. [...] C15 font with octagonal bowl with paterae-much worn", without a mention of an earlier font in it. [cf. Index entry for Gillingham No. 2 (Dorset) for a Perpendicular font in this church]
