Oliver (1840-2) reports a circular granite font in this church. The Ecclesiologist (vol. 67, 1848: 401) reports the restoration of this church at the time, and notes that the "font of red granite is successfully restored" as well. Listed in Cox & Harvey (1907) as having a baptismal font of the Norman period. Noted in Stabb (1908): "There is a fine circular granite font on a pedestal of Ogwen limestone." In Pevsner (1952): "Font. Plain, big, circular, of granite."
