Described and illustrated in Hein (1966: 26 and fig. 20) as a hemispheric mounted baptismal font of the Romanesque period and attributed to Horder's workshop. The basin is ornamented with a rope motif at the upper rim of the basin and a wide low-relief band with an acanthus vine all around the basin sides. The rounded underbowl is plain. The base has a roll moulding at the upper end where it meets the basin and is conical, with slightly convex sides.
