Baptismal font of granite consisting of a roughly hemispherical basin of granite raised on a round-to-square base that appears to be both of a later date and made of limestone; the basin is decorated with a rope moulding at the upper rim, and a broad vine frame in thin double mouldings; the later base is decorated with motifs in the corners and the sides with semicircular panels. [NB: we found no attribution of this font to Horder, the workshop responsible for the two old portals]
