Noted in Brunius (1850). In Hildebrand (1898- ). Described and illustrated in Tynell (1913- ) as a baptismal font made of sandstone; it consists of a roughly hemispherical basin raised on a round-to-square pedestal base; a wide flat moulding around the basin is reported to bear the inscription "+ INFANS ALLATVS ERIT HOC IN FONTE RENATVS"; the base is moulded and has curled leaf motifs at the angles of the lower base; the font is reported in the rectory garden [="I prästgården"]. Noted in Nordström (1984). In Carelli (2001: 298), after Tynell (1913- ). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 951004F2] as a baptismal font made of sandstone ca, 1200 by a regional workshop; the SHM entry gives the Latin inscription on the font and its Swedish translation [="+ INFANS ALLATUS ERIT HOC IN FONTE RENATUS + [...] Det barn som bäres hit skall födas på nytt i denna funt"].
