Illustrated in Udvalgte Middelalderkirker i Østjylland (1997: 146). Described and illustrated in Hein (1966: 23-24 and figd. 22 and 23) as a hemispheric mounted baptismal font; the upper rim of the basin is ornamented with a double rope motif, quite elaborate and well executed; an acanthus vine runs all around the side of the basin; below it, a double torus and, on the underbowl, another vine all around. There is a rope motif at the lower end of the underbowl. The upper edge of the base block is also adorned with a round rope motif; the rest of the base is square (pyramidal) and has a similar pattern of incised lines as the base at Hammelev (but without the added rope borders).
