Lagerlöf (1985: 188, 260) informs that the 12th-century baptismal font and cover -originally from the old wooden church now demolished- survived and were installed in the new church. This same source (ibid., fig. 229 on p. 188) illustrates the 12th century wooden font cover: prismatic but almost conical, with at least one low-relief carving on it; the finial consists of three rounded knows, one upon the other in order of decreasing size.
