Listed and illustrated in Mackeprang (1941). Described and illustrated in Danmarks kirker: Århus amt (1968- , Bd. 9, hft. 49: 4752-4753): "Romanesque font, whose square basin and base is as unusual in Denmark as the cube-shaped font in the neighbouring church of Tolstrup. These two fonts may have been carved by the same master craftsman, perhaps after an English prototype." The basin is quadrangular, with framed arches on its sides; two of the sides, at opposite ends, have a double arch; the other two have a quadruple arch; the underbowl is hemispherical and plain; the upper surface of the upper rim has a triquetra at each corner. The base starts round at the top with a centre-ring, but slopes down in a square shape; it is totally plain. On-site notes: the basin shows damage to one of the upper corners; the basin interir is filled with sand.
