Described in Blomqvist (1929) as the base of a 12th-century baptismal font in the 'Njudungsgruppen'. Inventoried and illustrated in Borg (2002) as baptismal font in the 'Njudungsgruppen variant 12' made of sandstone between 1170 and 1220, of which only the base has survived. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 910724F2] as the base of a baptismal font in the 'Njudungsgruppen' made of sandstone in the late-12th century. Listed in Drake (2002: 183) as the fragment of a baptismal font of the Bestiarius workshop (attributed to Group 4, but not verified). The missing original basin has been replaced with a modern one, made in the shape of what would have been the original one, but without any decoration. No font cover present.
