Noted and illustrated in Blomqvist (1929) in his chapter on the 'Njudungsmästaren posthuma verkstad'. Inventoried and illustrated in Borg (2002) as a baptismal font made of sandstone 1170-1220, "Njudungsgruppen variant 1". Listed as a baptismal font of the Bestiarius workshop (Group 4) in Drake (2002: 183). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 951007F1] as a 'Njudungsgruppen' baptismal font made of sandstone in the second half of the 12th century; the cylindrical basin has an arcade of seven beaded-tape arches that contain seven animals, one of which is the Agnus Dei lamb symbol; the base is much damaged and has considerable cement repairs; the SHM entry further notes that the church store-rooom has a section of the base that may have belonged to this font.
