Noted and illustrated in Blomqvist (1929) as a baptismal font of the Njudungsmästaren. Noted and illustrated in the SHM’s database Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 910620F1] as a "Njudungsgruppen " baptismal font made of sandstone in the late-12th century. Listed and illustrated in Borg (2002) with date 1170-1220, in the "Njudungsgruppens huvudtyp". Drake (2002) lists this font with the Bestiarius workshop (Group 4). Cylindrical basin decorated with lions and winged lions in an arcade of beaded tape; compound base with two levels, both decorated with large rope mouldings and heads at 90-degree angles, the heads both human and animal.
