Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes de Calvados (2001, v. 1: 193) as an octagonal mounted baptismal font of the 17th century; the bain has plain vertical sides; the chamfer of the underbowl is also octagonal and plain. The base is rather odd, for, though its upper part matches the octagonal shape of the underbowl end, its lower end is a long rectangular shape, one rarely seen in this type of font. The plain flat wooden cover is of a later date.
