Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes de Maine-et-Loire (2001, v. 2: 1212) as a square mounted baptismal font dated by an inscription to 1456 [the side of the auxiliary basin is somewhat rounded to accommodate the extra volume; the basin has two round wells; each of the outer sides is ornamented with a set of six trefoil windows on each, in two groups of three, like an arcade [the curved side of the basin is not visible in the illustration]. The base consists of five short round shafts, all with octagonal capitals and bases. Two wooden covers, one for each well, one bearing a cross symbol.
