Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes de Maine-et-Loire (2001, v. 2: 1028) as a rectangular baptismal font of the late-13th century, with a two wells in the basin; a least one of the outer sides is ornamented with two low-relief Malta crosses. The base consists of five short square shafts, all about the same size, but ornamented with varied motifs (fleur-de-lis, geometric, etc.). According to this same source, the font was discovered at the end of the nave by the Association pour la sauvegarde des chapelles et calvaires de l'Anjou, was dated by l'abbé Ruais and it is kept in the old sacristy at l'Hôpital. The font has suffered significant damage, especially to the upper part of the basin.
