Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes d'Indre-et-Loire (2001, v. 1: 670) as the only object left from the old church at Saint-Michel-sur-Loire; it is an octagonal basin, originally mounted on its base, now used as a flower-pot in the porch of the new church; it is badly weathered.
