Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes d'Indre-et-Loire (2001, v. 1: 360) as a former Romanesque square capital now used as a holy-water stoup; it consists of two parts: a square basin ornamented with large leaves, and a plain cylindrical base to which it is now cemented. This source (ibid.) suggests that the transformation may have been carried out in the 15th century. The stoup is noted and illustrated in Tourainissime [https://tourainissime.blogspot.com/2009/08/saint-laurent-de-lin.html] [accessed 10 May 2025]
