Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes d'Indre-et-Loire (2001, v. 1: 291) as a monolithic holy-water stoup made of light coloured marble; it consists of a shallow round-pan basin ornamented with scallop pattern and a shield bearing a coat of arms, all in very low-relief; the slender shaft of the base is slightly wide towards the bottom, itself ornamented with foliage in very low-relief as well.
