Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes d'Indre-et-Loire (2001, v. 2: 979) as a baptismal font made from a single block of red marble; the basin is either round or oval and has a low-dome marble cover topped with a metal cross finial; the base is a square plan baluster-type column.
