Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes d'Indre-et-Loire (2001, v. 2: 931) as a cauldron-shaped holy-water stoup with four handles or protrusions at 90-degree angles on the upper basin sides, one of which has been holloed out as if for pouring; it is made of granite and it was most likely a mortar or a grain measure originally. It is raised on a plain cylindrical base.
