Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes de la Sarthe (2001, v. 2: 890) as a baptismal font of the 14th or 15th century. It is an odd object in that, although it is a double-font, i.e., it has two basin wells and a third for the holy oils, etc., there is no outer shape corresponding to these basins.
