Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes de la Sarthe (2001, v. 2: 832) as a cylindrical holy-water stoup mounted on a short pedestal base; the sides are ornamented with thick ribs on which a single shield; the shield has a horizontal band with what appears to be the chiselled-off date; one of the sides of the basin is flat, which makes it originally wall-mounted. It is painted and damaged on the sides and upper rim.
