Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes de la Sarthe (2001, v. 1: 638) as a holy-water stoup consisting of three parts: the polygonal basin and base are by an unknown artisan and date from the time of the old church, the 15th century; the wall-mounted "backdrop", an ornamented stone arch, was added a century later; it is the work of Jehan Serru, a mason; an inscription on an upper cartouche informs that it was made and donated by Jehan Serru "mason"[=builder] on February 1, 1602.
