Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Uppland (1921- , Bd. XI, hft. 1: 26-27, 53 and fig. 47 on p. 55) as the hemispherical basin of a sandstone baptismal font of the "Äldre Mälardalstype" [=Old Mälar-valley type] dated from ca. 1200; the basin was found in the churchyard and is now mounted in a later, odd-looking, base. The same source (ibid.) refers to the basin of the font at Enköping-Näs [cf. Index entry] as a cognate.
