Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Uppland (1921- , Bd. VII, hft. 3: 491-492) as the base of a baptismal font remaining in this church; the circular base consists of two blocks with central drainage channel: the upper one narrower, the lower one with a thick roll moulding; it is made of Gotland limestone and dated from ca. 1200. The 1713 church inventory listed a stone font, but this baset now supports a wooden basin (pine) dated from the 18th or 19th century. This same source (ibid.) mentions the bases of the fonts at Almby and Täby (Närke) and Skalunda (Västergötland) as cognates.
