Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des comunes de la Sarthe (2001, v. 1: 327) as the bottom fragment of the basin of a medieval baptismal font; the cylindrical fragment, which was found in the presbitery yard in the 1970s, is believed to have been part of the original font of this church (the church dates originally from the fisrt half of the 12th century). The sides of the fragment are ornamented with a low-relief blind arcade of round arches. The material is identified as "calcaire coquillier".
