Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Uppland (1921- , Bd. VI, hft. 4: 634 and fig. 615 on p. 633) as a chalice-shaped limestone baptismal font from the second half of the 13th century, a work made in Gotland; a wide ribbed pattern (like a blind arcade of round arches) covers the sides of the basin and underbowl. The base is a conical pedestal with a roll moulding at the top, and a splaying lower part. The whole font appears quite weathered.
