Described and illustrated in Tyrrell-Jones (1928: 45 and fig. 17 on p. 46) as a baptismal font in the neo-Classical style, a small vase on a slender pillar, of a type "resembling garden sundials or flower-bases rather than vessels for the administration of baptism".
