V, hft. 5: 618 and fig. 552 on p. 614) as a hemispherical mounted font of the 13th century, plain except for two roll mouldings at either extreme of the stem of the base. The font was reported found in the churchyard before it was brought back into the church ca. 1878, and the basin is badly cracked probably from water expanding it as it froze. Noted and illustrated in the SHM’s database Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 940711F1] as a baptismal font of the 'ciborietyp modifierad', made of in the mid 12th century; the SHM entry identifies the stone of the basin and shaft as limestone, and the lower base as sandstone. The font consists of three pieces: the basin and the stem of the base, which are made of grey pot-stone or limestone [cf. supra], and the sandstone lower base.
