Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Uppland (1921- , Bd. II, hft. 2: 175 and fig. 148 on p. 177) as a chalice-shaped baptismal font of Gotland limestone dated to the second half of the 13th century; the basin is round, almost cylindrical, wider at the upper part, and with a shallow underbowl chamfer, all plain. The base has a centre ring moulding and a conical pedestal, again totally plain; the lower base is splayed, slightly wider. This font had been in the churchyard until ca. 1894; it was restored in 1929 to its original form. [cf. Index for Roslagsbro No. 2 for another medieval basin in this church]
