Illustrated in Corblet (1881-1882: v. 2, p. 145) as an octagonal (?) Ogee font; the basin has a band of ornamentation that includes heads and foliage between mouldings [if the drawing is accurate there may be a leaf-head figure or "mascaron" among them. The pedestal of the base narrows at the centre with a thin ring moulding at its thinnest, and splays again to meet the octagonal shape of the vertical sides of the lower base. The upper rim has the two staples of the font cover lock. Corblet (ibid.) placed it at the Musée de la porte de Hal, Brussels, ca. 1881.
