Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Uppland (1921- , Bd. I, hft. 4: 590 and fig. 609 on p. 592) as a sandstone mounted baptismal font believed to be a Gotland work of the 12th century. The basin is almost cylindrical (the sides are slightly narrower at the bottom) and has a tallish chamfer, all of it plain. The base is conical with an upper ring and four protruding heads at 90-degree angles (two of them appear human, one other a lion's). [cf.
