Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Uppland (1921- , Bd. I, hft. 3: 452 and fig. 480 on p. 453) as an octagonal mounted baptismal font from the first half of the 17th century made of Gotland sandstone; the basin is octagonal with curved underbowl, plain except for an upper moulding; the base is also octagonal and is ornamented with several parallel horizontal mouldings; four (?) large leaves cup the lower part of the base. The lower-base or plinth is made of red limestone [cf. Index entry for Värmdö No. 1 for a 15th-century font in this same church]
