Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Blekinge (1926-1965, Bd. II: 170 and fig. 140 on p. 175; Bd. V: 84 and fig. 65 on p. 78) as a wooden heptagonal baptismal font of the 1620s, carved painted and gilded; it is shaped like a seven-sided cabinet; the upper rim has a thin protruding rim; below it, a crenellated pattern; the oblong vertical panels just below that are ornamented with a romboid plate at the centre of wich is a rosette; the main volume comes next with protruding buttresses in the shape of seated (?) figures, one at each angle; the sides proper are ornamented with an elaborately decorated blind arcade of round arches, all of which ends in several levels of mouldings; the third volume down is also buttressed, with high-relief geometric shapes on the panels.
