A second holy-water stoup, located on the south side of the west doorway is reported in MacGibbon & Ross (1896-1897) together with the one they illustrate [cf. Index entry for Fowlis No. 2]. No description given; assumed to be a pair with the other]. Not documented in Walker (1887); not noted in Biggs (2005) either. [cf. Index entry for Fowlis No. 1 for a noteworthy baptismal font of the 16th century in this church]
