Described and illustrated by Ernst Fischer in Sveriges kyrkor: Västergöland (1922-, Bd. I, hft. 4: 498) as a sandstone baptismal font dated to the first half of the 13th century; the font consists of two pieces: a hemispherical basin that appears plain and with a broken side, and a pedestal base round at the top and square at the bottom; the stone is very eroded but there appears to have been some motif ornamenting the lower part of the base; the knob-like bulges at the angles of the square lower base, or some of them, may have been originally carved human faces. No entry for this font found in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld. The font was repaired and is now [August 2020] in use inside the church.
