Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Medelpad (Bd. I, hft. 2: 389, 393) as a polychrome wooden (pine) baptismal font of hexagonal mounted shape; it comes with a matching ornate hexagonal dome cover, and is dated by an inscription to 1693 [cf. Inscription area]. The short pedestal is round and the lower base is square.
