Described and illustrated in Sveriges kyrkor: Närke (BdI, hft. 2: 266) as a wooden baptismal font, probably dated to the 17th century; it has a narrow cylindrical basin and the overall lokk of a chalice, including a flat wide lower base. The stem of the base has a round knob. The cover is slightly combed, with a spindle-shaped finial. The whole font is painted a "blågrön marmorering" [=bluish-green marbling].
