Described and illustrated in Sveriges Kyrkor: Gotland (Bd. VI, hft. 1: 61, 62) as a baptismal font made in Burgsvik of local sandstone and acquired by the church in 1683; the hemispheric basin is ornamented with garlands, while the baluster-shaped stem of the base has four faces (angels'?) at 90-degree angles; the square lower base is plain. The font cover is a medium-height dome not too dissimilar from Jacobean covers of about the same period and style. The entry for this church in SK [cf. supra] mentions that "En gammal Funt", probably the medieval baptismal font, was sold to a Jesper Kork in 1740.
