Described and illustrated in Boström (1966- , Bd. II, hft. 3: 127, 132) as a "red limestone font, donated by Truls Nilsson and his wife Brita, Sörby." The font, identified in the same source as the work of Jordan Hansson (ibid.), consists of a rather shallow octagonal basin mounted on a square pedestal and raised on an octagonal plinth; the surface of the basin and the base has floral and foliage ornamentation. On the front side of the stem of the base, an inscription in Swedish identifies the donors [cf. supra]. [NB: cf. added entry for a fragment of a much earlier font -dated to the 13th century- in this church]
