Described and illustrated in Mackeprang (1941). Inventoried in Danmarks Kirker [http://danmarkskirker.natmus.dk/uploads/tx_tcchurchsearch/Aarhus_4215-4249.pdf] [accessed 1 December 2017]. Illustrated in Champeaux (1972). Cauldron-shaped baptismal font of granite ornamented with two pairs of beautiful bi-corporal lions, back-to-back; the manes of the lions have been done in interlacing; raised on a round-to-square moulding base. It reminds -more than resembles- the French fonts at Le Dorat and Wierre-Effroy, both with similarly rendered ornamentation. Noted and illustrated in Drake (2002).
