A font of sandstone from this Näs is described and illustrated by Sven Brandell in Roosval (1917); the date given is ca. 1200. The font, moved to the SHM, has a decorated cylindrical basin with a plain round underbowl; the decoration consists of a pair of rope mouldings framing a band that includes another rope moulding, this one waving all around with motifs, symbols and one human figure; the round-to-square base has a rope moulding atop; the sides are decorated with scrolls at the corners, linked as semi-circles pm the sides; much damaged. No cover present. The font in use in this church is a modern wooden one.
