A description in the Gran Enciclopedia Aragonesa (1980, v. X, p. 2667) erroneously adscribes the same shape to this stoup and the baptismal font; it really describes the stoup: a pedestal stoup whose base is ornamented with ball motif. Described and illustrated in Abbad Ríos (1957, v.1, p. 638 and v.2, fig.1634) and (1941: 314 and fig. 3), who dates it to the 13th century. Described in Garcés Abadía (2001: p. 32) as a aRomanesque holy-water stoup. The round basin has short vertical sides and a straight chamfer; below it, though probably part of the same stone block, a salient lip; the next wolume is trapezoidal, then a roll moulding followed by a rectangular volume, then a cylindrical one and, finally, the square base with ball motif at the angles.
