Described in the Montespertoli Museum WEB site (p. 6) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period ornamented with three crude human heads, the work of a "lapicida lombardeggiante" according to the source; it had been earlier wall-mounted in the church of Santo Stefano in Lucignano as a holy-water stoup.
