Described and illustrated in Kunstchätze... (1991: 39, 41) as a Romanesque baptismal font originally from the parish church of Rinkenæs, in southern Jutland, but moved to the Städtisches Museum Flensburg in Germany around 1903-1907. The granit font consists of a cylindrical basin ornamented with a band of ringlets at the upper side, and a blind arcade of criss-crossing round arches below; the upper part of the base is conical; the lower part starts with a round moulding at the top and then splays out to a square shape, its sides -at least those visible in the source- are ornamented with a low-relief blind arcade.
