On-site notes: a very course and weathered basin of rough stone has several roll mouldings as ornament; the base is equally crude and it is a mis-match, probably never meant to make a pair with the basin, especially since the whole thing is dangerously inclined to the right [NB: see also the Index entry for the holy-water stoup in this church]
