On-site notes: a handsome marble baptismal font not too dissimilar from the one at Bagneres-de-Bigorre nearby, a rounded basin mounted on a central column and five side colonnettes base, but this one is totally plain except for the roll mouldings ornamenting the five base colonnettes. The back of the basin has been built into the wall and the flat wooden lid [cf. Images for metal work] is hinched at the back. [NB: the 17th century (?) stoup in this church -cf. Index for Campan No. 2- is also suspiciously similar to the one in the church at Bagneres-de-Bigorre].
